The child (10 years old) was referred for debate by a pediatric neurologist, and he suffers from double vision, headache, and a decline in academic performance, after a tour of many hospitals without a diagnosis, where the doctors examined the child clinically and determined the required laboratory and radiological examinations, and developed a treatment plan The appropriate diagnosis is based on a rare diagnosis, " multiple sclerosis ", a disease that often affects adults.

The treatment of the child began immediately with cortisone derivatives, but he did not respond, so the medical team took the initiative to use the drug (Ocrelizumab) for the first time at the state level, and injected the drug over hours with diligent follow-up to the child, and the results were promising and open a new door to life and recovery for children with multiple sclerosis.
