It was on 15 November 2021 that a rape allegedly took place at Withalaskolan in Vetlanda.
The suspected teenage boy, who is a student at the school, was arrested shortly after the incident but was later released after an arrest hearing.
He has now been charged with child rape.
The guy is also charged with two cases of sexual harassment in September of the same year and unlawful deprivation of liberty on the same day as the rape took place.
The accused guy denies the crime.
During the investigation, the suspected student has been suspended from school.
