“From March 1 this year, the special requirements of the Ministry of Natural Resources for the treatment of six groups of waste will come into effect,” reports Parlamentskaya Gazeta.

In particular, it is forbidden to throw tires, construction waste, medical waste, chemicals, light bulbs and batteries into garbage containers.

Old furniture should be left at the bulk waste area next to the container.

“Now, household appliances, computer system units, boards and hard drives will be added to the list of what cannot be thrown into the trash - they will also have to be handed over for recycling,” the message says.

Earlier, the Russian Environmental Operator (REO) proposed to make the use of recyclable materials mandatory at all construction sites.

As NSN reported, in Moscow they began to design plants for the processing of sewage sludge.
