He noted that the Jewish Autonomous Region sympathizes with the plight of the inhabitants of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.

“Our region is ready to accept and accommodate refugees from these republics, to provide them with all kinds of support,” Goldstein wrote on his Instagram.

The governor added that he ordered to prepare six points of temporary accommodation for citizens and draw up a list of vacancies in the region.

Earlier it became known that the evacuation of refugees from the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics will be carried out around the clock.
