  According to the latest report of diplomats from the OSCE Special Observation Mission in Ukraine in the early morning of the 20th local time, there were nearly 2,000 violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Donbas region of eastern Ukraine in one day on the 19th, the highest number this year.

Ukrainian interior minister allegedly shelled on front line

Udong civil armed leaders sign general mobilization order

  The leader of the civil armed forces in Donetsk, eastern Ukraine also issued a video speech on the 19th, saying that the Ukrainian military is carrying out large-scale attacks on the civilian-controlled areas in the eastern region.

In this regard, he has signed a general mobilization order, calling on his compatriots to join the local armed forces to resist the attack of the Ukrainian army.

  On the same day, the leaders of the Luhansk civic armed forces in eastern Ukraine also issued a general mobilization order, recruiting all adult males aged 18 to 55 to join the army, and prohibiting adult males aged 18 to 55 from leaving the Luhansk region.
