“In the coming days, refugees from Donetsk and Luhansk will begin to arrive in our region.
Our duty is to provide maximum hospitality to compatriots from Donbass,” he wrote on Instagram.
Babushkin added that the region is preparing places of temporary residence for refugees.
Earlier, Acting Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia Alexander Chupriyan said that almost 30 Russian regions are ready to accept refugees from the self-proclaimed LPR and DPR.
