Agents of the
National Police
have arrested a 27-year-old man in the Valencian region of
La Ribera
as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of sexual assault on a minor under 12 years of age after being alone with her on the roof of a house.
The arrested man was the sentimental partner of his cousin.
The events occurred around 5:50 p.m., when the agents who were carrying out prevention work were alerted by the 091 Room to go to the police station where, apparently, a woman appeared in the company of her 12-year-old granddaughter to report an alleged sexual assault, as reported by the National Police in a statement.
The agents have found out that the minor, apparently, would have been assaulted during a family celebration that had taken place the night before by her cousin's sentimental partner, who took advantage of a moment to stay alone with the minor on the roof of the house .
Likewise, they have discovered that it was not the first time that he attacked the minor, whom he threatened and coerced into disseminating some photographs in which she appeared naked if she told anything.
Finally, the agents have located the suspect and, after a series of inquiries, have arrested him as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of sexual assault
The arrested person, without a police record, has gone to court, which has decreed entry into prison.
