The vessels of the Black Sea Fleet acted as a conditional enemy.

Earlier it became known that the forces and means of the Russian Aerospace Forces, the Southern Military District, the Strategic Missile Forces, the Northern and Black Sea Fleets were involved in the previously planned exercises of the strategic deterrence forces.
