On February 18, the head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, Denis Pushilin, in an address to the residents of the DPR, said that in connection with the dangerous situation in the Donbass, the evacuation of the population to Russia had been organized since February 18.
Also, the head of the self-proclaimed LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, called on the civilian population of the republic to leave for Russia as soon as possible amid the aggravation of the situation in the Donbass.
According to Pushilin, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will soon order the military to launch an offensive in the Donbass.
