“The members of the commission appeal to international human rights organizations with a call to immediately take all possible efforts and influence one of the parties to the civil conflict in order to prevent the aggression of the Ukrainian security forces on the territory of the unrecognized republics,” the HRC Telegram channel says.
It is noted that in the context of the DPR and LPR, the main task of human rights activists is to protect the right of the inhabitants of these republics to life.
Earlier, the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, in an address to the residents of the DPR, said that in connection with the dangerous situation in the Donbass, the departure of the population to Russia was organized from February 18.
Also, the head of the self-proclaimed LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, called on the civilian population of the republic to leave for Russia as soon as possible amid the aggravation of the situation in the Donbass.
