Earlier, Pushilin said that Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky would soon order the military to launch an offensive in the Donbass.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba said that Kiev does not plan offensive operations in the Donbass or sabotage in the chemical industry.
