A 6-year-old child, who was reported missing in July 2019, was found under the stairs of his biological parents without custody after three years, shocking.

Local media, including CNN and Reuters on the 17th local time, reported that Paisley Schultys, a child who was reported missing in New York in 2019, was found under the stairs inside the home of her biological parents, Kimberly Cooper (33) and Kirk Schultes Jr. (32), without custody.

The missing child, Paisley, was found by police after they received a report that the missing child was at the home of his birth parents without custody.

The police, who received a search warrant at around 8:00 p.m. local time, discovered that the stairs leading to the basement were strangely made while searching the house where Cooper and Schultis Jr. were living.

Investigator Eric Thiele found this suspicious and found Paisley, who had been missing for three years.

The found Paisley was hiding with his biological mother, Cooper, in the space under a dark wooden staircase.

Investigator Eric Thiele explained the situation at the time of the discovery, saying, "I shined a light on the wooden staircase and saw a blanket inside it.

At the time of the execution of the search warrant, the father of the missing child, Schultice Jr., stated that he had not seen the child since he was reported missing in 2019 and that he did not know the whereabouts of the child. It turned out that he did.

In response, local police arrested Paisley's grandfather Kirk Schultes Sr., 57, who lived in the house with his parents Cooper and Schultes Jr., and the court ordered all three people to stay away.

Local police are investigating the crime as they believe they lost custody of Paisley and another of her children.

Paisley, meanwhile, has been confirmed to be healthy with no evidence of abuse and is reportedly living with her legal guardian.
