It was during Friday evening, July 30, that the police received an alarm about a shooting at the beach in Notviken, Luleå, and a 25-year-old woman was found shot dead on the spot.

Four men are charged with involvement in the act.

A 20-year-old man is suspected of murder and three other men are suspected of aiding and abetting murder.

The lawyer saw the key witness

On Tuesday, the first day of the trial was held and the prosecutors described the course of events that led to the woman losing her life.

There is virtually no technical evidence in the case and prosecutors attach great importance to the witnesses.

But Viktor Banke, lawyer for the murder suspect, saw the so-called key witness who must have seen the incident.

- You can not rest a conviction on this person, says Banke.
