The FBI thanks the security police

The FBI also takes the opportunity to thank the Swedish security police and says that they are very grateful for the Swedish security police's help:

"The FBI's strong relationship and close coordination with them were crucial to the success of this investigation," said FBI Special Agent Joseph R. Bonavolonta.

The effort is also confirmed by Nina Odermalm Schei, Head of Communications at Säpo:

What I can say is that the Security Police have made an intervention in the Stockholm area and it happened at the request of legal aid from American authorities, she tells DN.
