“We plan to send both in paper and electronic form,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at a press conference following talks with Italian Foreign Minister Luigi di Maio.

Lavrov specified that the document would be published by the Russian side "almost a few hours" after it was sent to the American side.

“We plan to do it today,” he added.

Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said that no new contacts between Russia and NATO on security guarantees are planned yet.
