“Some helpfully suggest some military scenarios to us,” TASS quoted Vershinin as saying.

According to him, this was done, among other things, by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who listed "certain provocations as pretexts for attacking Ukraine."

Vershinin noted that the purpose of this for Russia is obvious - "there is a desire to "roll up" the conversation on long-term legally binding security guarantees."

“We are ready for a serious dialogue, but not for an imitation of a dialogue,” he stressed.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry, in response to the United States as part of the dialogue on the draft security guarantees treaty, stated that there was no “Russian invasion” of Ukraine and was not planned.
