Virgin Galactic, a space tourism company, announced that it will open the door to purchase tickets for its flights, starting from Wednesday, and the flight will take only 90 minutes.

"At (Virgin Galactic), we believe space represents a major transformation," the company's CEO, Michael Colgladier, said in a statement.

"We plan to have our first 1,000 customers on board at the start of commercial service later this year, providing an incredibly strong foundation as we begin our regular flights and expand our fleet," he added.

"A global commercial space font demands a distinctive and timeless brand. It is important that our brand represents our dynamic customers' offering, and speaks to our unique experience, style and service."

According to the statement, the price of one ticket is 450 thousand dollars, and the bookers will be required to pay an initial amount of 150 thousand, provided that the flights will start at the end of this year, during which travelers will be allowed to experience free movement in light of zero gravity.
