This delicious dish is one of the great specialties of Thai cuisine.

The crying tiger recipe
Ingredients :
600 gr of sirloin of beef
6 tbsp.
at s.
oyster sauce
4 tbsp.
at s.
soy sauce
a branch of lemongrass
1 clove of garlic
coriander
pepper
chive
For the sauce:
1 C.
at s.
tamarind juice
1 lime juice
A few chopped mint leaves
A few chopped coriander leaves
1 finely chopped red pepper
1 shallot
2 tbsp.
at s.
nuoc nam sauce
Prepare the marinade with the oyster sauce, soy sauce, lemongrass, coriander, chopped garlic and chives
Brush the meat and film it
Leave to infuse for 3 hours in the fridge
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce
Quickly sear the meat in a very hot non-stick pan
Cut the meat into strips and pour the sauce
