“We are particularly concerned about statements by Russian President Vladimir Putin and other Russian officials about the genocide in the Donbass,” Price said.
He stressed that such statements "are devoid of any grounds."
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that, according to Russia, what is currently happening in the Donbass is genocide.
The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case on the discovery of mass graves of civilians in the territory of Donbass.
As noted in the UK, from 2014 to the present, the department has opened 467 criminal cases on facts recorded on the territory of Ukraine and Donbass.
