Kuwait.. A secret session to show a "disgraceful video" attributed to a diplomat provokes condemnation of the "Foreign Ministry"

Against the background of a "disgraceful video" attributed to a Kuwaiti diplomat, the media, Fajr Al-Saeed, commented on MP Shuaib Al-Muwaizri's announcement of his intention to submit a request to hold a secret session, today, Wednesday, for a few minutes, to show film materials.

And on her account on "Twitter", Fajr Al-Saeed said: "Shuaib Al-Muwaizri's insistence on publishing the videos, even in a closed session, lacks privacy, because there are ordinary MPs who film, publish and say leaking as usual," adding: "And Shoaib does not shy away from sacrificing for political goals."

And she continued in another tweet: "Shuaib announced that he has a video to publish, and it certainly will not be shown.. But watch the accounts that will publish the videos while Shuaib is on the platform.. If they actually published an offensive video, it means Shuaib and distributed it to them, and because a Muslim is not allowed to follow the private parts of others. Or delve into their symptoms, Shuaib must be held accountable for every tweeter who will publish the alleged tapes.

The Kuwaiti Foreign Minister, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Nasser, had earlier sent a letter to the National Assembly (Parliament), in which he demanded an investigation with a video clip attributed to a diplomat, saying in his book addressed to National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim: “What was presented (from Representative Shuaib Al-Muwaizri accepted in a public session in the parliament hall last Tuesday), in the video clip constitutes a legal violation that requires accountability.

The minister demanded that he be provided with the results of the investigation to take the necessary measures, expressing his surprise at the motives for showing the video clip during the session.

He added, "This incident was not primarily a subject of inquiry, inquiry or question, which makes the dignity of individuals and officials a subject of illegal exposure in the official state platforms... Absolute ignorance of the video in terms of its people, location and date constitutes an insult to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and all its affiliates without any basis in reality. or the law.”

For its part, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs denied, in an official statement, the video clip, and considered that displaying the clip without verifying it is "a skepticism of all the ministry's employees", expressing its condemnation of the publication of this clip without the interrogated deputy taking the initiative to provide it with the data and identity of the intended Kuwaiti diplomat.

While this issue aroused great controversy in Kuwait, and the pioneers of social networking sites circulated news about it.
