Russia confirmed on Wednesday the gradual departure of more than 100,000 soldiers massed on the borders of Ukraine, some of whom are stationed in Belarus.

The head of American diplomacy Anthony Blinken also hammered that there was no "significant withdrawal".

A vision shared by Ukraine, which has seen no "changes", and by French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian, who declared on Wednesday: "There are still as many forces and the maneuvers are continuing.
