Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba: Minsk agreements will not be implemented on Russia's terms

According to Kuleba, Ukraine is ready for negotiations on a political and diplomatic settlement with the participation of the Russian side in the Normandy format. 

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a telephone conversation with French leader Emmanuel Macron, said the West was unwilling to push Kiev to implement the Minsk agreements.

Director of the second department of the CIS countries of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexei Polishchuk noted that the Ukrainian side has not fulfilled almost a single point from the Minsk package of measures in the seven years since the signing.

Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Representative of Russia to the UN, assured that the Russian side would insist on the implementation of the Minsk agreements by Ukraine at a meeting of the UN Security Council.
