This was stated at a briefing by the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Dmitry Kuleba.

“There should be a separate regular meeting of the forum, where Ukraine will raise the issue of Russian aggression and temporary occupation of part of its territory,” he said.

He also said that he would initiate on Friday, February 18, a joint meeting of the Permanent Council and the OSCE Forum for Security Co-operation, where "not only the situation itself, but also recommendations for joint action" would be discussed.

Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that the Ukrainian authorities do not have the strength and courage to admit that Kiev does not intend to comply with the Minsk agreements.
