Ukraine has identified a corridor in the Black Sea for ships to enter ports due to Russian exercises

“Thanks to joint efforts and quick response, we prevented the blocking of the Black Sea ports of Ukraine.

The corridor, determined thanks to the study, guarantees safe passage for ships along the Odessa Bay, ”said Alexander Kubrakov, Minister of Infrastructure of the country.

According to him, most of the ships adhered to the recommendations and used the sea corridor, bypassing the zone of Russian military exercises.

In December, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky, following talks with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, said that the Ukrainian authorities had initiated negotiations with partners in the Black Sea region to increase the number of exercises.
