“Now there is no doubt that what is happening around the borders of Ukraine is forcing Ukraine to implement the Minsk agreements in the version signed by the former president against the interests of Ukraine,” Tymoshenko said in a statement published by the party’s press service.
According to the politician, the parliament needs to adopt a statement on the unacceptability of the Minsk agreements.
Tymoshenko noted that any elections in the Donbass are possible only after the implementation of the security package by Russia, which includes "the liberation of the territory and the restoration of borders."
Earlier, the head of the party warned the Ukrainian authorities against the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
In her opinion, "Ukrainians will never allow this and will never forgive."
According to the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, Kiev does not have the strength and courage to admit that the authorities do not intend to comply with the Minsk agreements.
