According to Volodin, an appeal to the President of Russia on the need to recognize the DPR and LPR will be sent immediately.
Earlier it was reported that the State Duma will consider two options for a resolution on an appeal to the President of Russia with a call to recognize the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR.
State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin explained that one project involves consultations with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the second, if adopted, will be sent directly to the head of state.
