“We welcome the position of the deputies of the State Duma on sending an appeal to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the recognition of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics as independent, sovereign and independent states,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.
The State Duma previously voted to send an appeal to Russian President Vladimir Putin recognizing the independence of the LNR and the DNR.
The Verkhovna Rada demanded sanctions against the deputies of the State Duma because of the project on the recognition of the LPR and the DPR.
