Earlier, the head of the Munich Security Conference, Wolfgang Ischinger, said that there was no consensus in NATO on Ukraine's membership in the alliance.
US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland noted that Ukraine's accession to NATO will require deep and comprehensive reforms of the entire Ukrainian system, economy, free and independent judiciary and the fight against corruption.
