Tensions between Russia, Ukraine and NATO have risen since Russia amassed significant amounts of military equipment and artillery near the Ukrainian border.

The defense leaders meet in Luleå

At the same time as the information arrived, the commander-in-chief was together with the British Chief of Defense, Tony Radakin, on the F21 air flotilla in Luleå.

That they meet is part of the British-led elite Joint Expeditionary Force.

The co-operation consists of nine countries and this is the first time the meeting has taken place outside the UK.
