Riyadh

- The Battle of Dhi Qar is an epic one of the epics of the history of the Arabian Peninsula. On that day, the Arab tribes united in the first military confrontation with the major empires to achieve a sweeping victory.

The importance of the battle is highlighted in the opponent who surpassed the Arabs in power and number, and because it was one of the few times in which the scattered tribes united, which made historians consider it an epic of the history of the region, which made a group of producers seek to turn it into a movie that is now being filmed in Saudi Arabia.

A Saudi company, in cooperation with the international production companies "GB Pictures" and AGC Studios, is working on filming the movie under the name "Desert Warrior".

The Battle of Dhi Qar is one of the most prominent epics of the seventh century AD, when the Arabian Peninsula at that time included separate tribes living in constant conflict among them, while surrounded by huge empires that successively exercised influence over them.
