The Kazakhstan pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai reviewed, the day before yesterday, during a health session, which was recently hosted by the “icon” treatment technology, which includes a set of exercises that work to stretch the muscles around the spine, and improve blood circulation, which contributes to improving the health of body in the long run.

iKON is known as healthy gymnastics, and it is similar to the techniques used in Indian yoga or Chinese Qigong.

The name is derived from “Ai” meaning the moon, and “kun” meaning the sun, as health gymnastics was prevalent in Kazakhstan, and its use is common by healers and chiropractors.

Specialist Abay Bemagambetova is working to revive this type of treatment, for the benefit of all people around the world.

Abay says, “90% of people over the age of 35 suffer from back pain, or symptoms caused by disorders of the musculoskeletal system. It has been carefully tested to prove that it is effective and safe, and it can also be practiced preventively to enhance the health of the body.”

Abay stresses that when practicing iKON at a slow pace, the muscles and ligaments in the areas adjacent to the spine undergo training, and thus become stronger and more flexible, and each exercise has an effect on the entire body, because every organ in the body is linked to a specific vertebra.

• 90% of those over the age of 35 suffer from back pain, or symptoms caused by disorders of the musculoskeletal system.

Abay Pemagambetova:

• “(ICON) is an innovative, patented technology for rapid self-healing of the spine and musculoskeletal system, and has been carefully tested to prove to be effective and safe.”
