Through this mobile application, young French-speakers around the world have access to multiple revision content aimed at middle and high school students or students.

It covers the programs of 450 diplomas which go from the Brevet, to the CAP, to the Bac, to the license, to the BTS, to the DUT, or even to the examinations of the Prepa classes.

An offline mode to deal with the vagaries of connections

It deals with all school subjects with a particular attachment to the technical and professional streams, which are too often neglected.

And a small precision, which is important, it is available free of charge to its subscribers by integrating an offline mode, in order to be able to revise its courses in the event of a break in the Internet network.

This "app" was developed around an artificial intelligence program that offers a tailor-made learning experience.

A program that can be considered as school

coaching

, which is directly inspired by sports apps in order to motivate learners.

Nomad Education is currently accelerating its development in Africa, with the objective of five million young users on the continent within three years.

Digital technology in French-speaking Africa is at the heart of educational issues, explains Caroline Maitrot, the founder and manager of the Nomad Education mobile platform, which has existed for 10 years in France.

A free application made with teachers

In the beginning, it was a free app to help young people in middle school, high school and higher education

.

Then young Africans discovered it for themselves.

“We found ourselves one morning with 200,000 users from the continent, delighted to be able to learn and progress thanks to it.

This is why we have decided to accelerate

its development in French-speaking Africa

.

Our editorial team publishes content with the help of professors located in many countries.

We have developed an online curriculum writing tool that is available worldwide.

If a teacher in Rwanda, for example, is qualified by Nomade Education to write content for a particular educational subject, he can write it from anywhere.

These courses will then be automatically delivered in the right forms, with the right contexts through the mobile platform.

We consider that people remain the main driver of education with students and that the artificial intelligence program of our application is at the service of educational work and content designed by teachers

,” explains Caroline Maitrot.

Nomad Education is funded by institutions wishing to promote their training.

And building on its success, the company recently launched another app, called Nomad School, with training and refresher modules for private schools or local authorities.

In addition, a subscription at 45 euros per year in Africa or 145 euros for other French-speaking regions of the world is now available for families or parents who have left school for a long time, by offering them discount modules level centered on general culture so that they can best support young schoolchildren.
