Rima Albitar is the operations manager for Alby leisure center.
She was the one who was forced to tell employees and young people that the leisure center should be closed, and then try to answer questions about why - when she herself did not understand the decision.

- What I know is what is written on Botkyrka municipality's website, it is work environment issues, financial issues and employer responsibility.
I personally have not experienced any of what is written, she says.
The municipality: The responsibility lies with ABF
According to the municipality, ABF is responsible for the work environment and they have the employer's responsibility to inform the staff.
- We have a dialogue with the children and the parents.
But we had hoped to make this better, but we did not get hold of ABF's representatives, says Helena Hellström, head of culture and leisure in Botkyrka.
