“A criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art.
109 of the Criminal Code of Russia (infliction of death by negligence on two or more persons)," the statement said.
Presumably, the cause of the fire was a short circuit in the shield, where the source of ignition was identified.
All circumstances of the incident are currently being investigated.
