Expo 2020 Dubai said that the Coldplay concert ticket reservation page, which will be held on February 15, witnessed the entry of more than half a million visitors to the page last night, expressing its deep regret for the inconvenience caused by the technical malfunction that affected the page.
Expo 2020 Dubai indicated that due to the high demand for tickets for the Coldplay concert, the tickets for Al Wasl Square seats and the exhibition space at the Dubai Exhibition Center, which is the latest indoor arena to display events in Dubai, have run out, where live broadcasts of concerts can be watched on giant screens.
He added that visitors can enjoy watching the live broadcast of Coldplay's concert on the giant screens located in Jubilee Park, Dubai Millennium Theater, and the celebration garden at the Expo 2020 Dubai site, where entry will be on a first-come-first-served basis, and the concert will also be broadcast live on the following platforms: Expo site Dubai Virtual, Expo 2020 YouTube Channel, Expo 2020 TV.
In addition, Expo 2020 Dubai explained that some holders of free tickets to the Coldplay concert are offering tickets for sale online, so Expo 2020 Dubai should warn its visitors not to pay money to unreliable sources.
He added that each ticket carries a QR code, and while the original buyer can print more than one copy of the same ticket, the code is valid for one use only, and no visitor whose ticket has a QR code previously used can enter the concert.
