German Chancellor Scholz said that the issue of Ukraine's membership in alliances is not on the agenda

“The issue of (Ukraine’s) membership in alliances is practically not on the agenda,” Scholz is quoted by TASS. 

He called it strange that Russia calls this issue "the subject of a serious foreign policy problem."

Earlier, the Prime Minister of Bavaria, the head of the Christian Social Union, Markus Söder, said that the issue of Ukraine's accession to NATO would not be on the agenda for a long time.

In turn, the head of the Munich Security Conference, Wolfgang Ischinger, said that there is no consensus in NATO on the issue of membership in the alliance of Ukraine and Georgia.
