In the clip, you hear Annette Hansson tell more about how she thinks about reopening after the pandemic.

When the restrictions disappeared on February 9, Annette Hansson was one of the small business owners who cheered.

For two years, her dance lodge in Uddevalla has been empty and quiet.

She, like many others, was forced at the beginning of the pandemic to change.

Instead of dancing and partying at the lodge, Annette Hansson invested more in catering and outdoor activities.

Requests more support

The financial support she received through the Swedish Arts Council in 2019 for canceled events was the basis for being able to change, she says.

And that the government has now not chosen to extend the adjustment support for small businesses in 2022, she is critical of.

- This year it would have been very good to get, to dare to invest more again as a small business owner, she says.

On Walpurgis Night, dancing is still expected at the lodge again.

Annette Hansson is cautiously positive about whether the guests choose to show up.

- I will stand there with an open arms, she says.
