The man, who is 55 years old, has been in custody since November, when the police found large amounts of dynamite, detonators and stubble on the man's yard.
After the negotiations today, the man was released from prison.
- I saw no reason to keep him detained anymore, says prosecutor Anders Carling to SVT Nyheter Jämtland.
The prosecutor demanded two years in prison for the man and the district court announces the verdict on 23 February.
