New York Fashion Week, one of the world's four major fashion events, was held with an online event after 2020 or significantly reduced schedule in the aftermath of the Corona crisis.

However, it has been normalized for the first time in two years as the recent US corona crisis shows signs of calming down.

The area around the venue was so crowded all day long as spectators flocked to see the show at an event that had been held in a long time.

The organizers said that the new standard due to Corona, the so-called new normal, is the biggest principle of this year's event.

[Noah Kozlowski / IMG Fashion (hosting organization) official: It is the era of the 'new normal'.

At all indoor fashion shows during Fashion Week, people are required to wear masks, and vaccine certificates are absolutely necessary.]

In fact, most of them are wearing masks even inside the event hall, except for essential personnel such as models.

Designers confessed that the corona crisis had an impact on their work.

[Alex Badia/Fashion official: The good thing about the corona crisis is that designers have discovered new talent.

People are now paying attention to clothes themselves again.]

Korean designers also attended New York Fashion Week after a long time.

[Jeongwan Son/Fashion Designer: It was very touching to be able to do a show again after the corona crisis.

(Design) I wanted to express something like a surge of power.] As the feeling of wanting

to be compensated by the corona virus is expressed, this year's fashion trend is an explanation that colorful colors and bold expressions will be used.
