A mysterious crow has been raging since the end of 2021 in the Var, reports Var Matin.

The content of the anonymous letters, written in capital letters, evokes pell-mell a denunciation of "this harmful soft middle class, zealous servant (sic) of capitalism", "parasites destroying spaces and natural resources", "selfish sheep" , wishing to put out “the bourgeois, tourists, young people, rednecks, non-Provençals, immigrants”.

 were probably distributed, even if, in the absence of complaints, it is difficult to really know how many were.

His favorite targets: cars, mailboxes of chic villas and motorcycles.

Several of them end with the same wording: “Death to the decadent idiots of consumerism”.

In the neighboring Bouches-du-Rhône, in Cassis,

reported the same phenomenon 15 days ago, with letters also mixed with vaguely ecological, protectionist, anti-capitalist and anti-immigrant ideas.
