Turkey announced a partial resumption of the movement of ships through the Bosphorus

"The movement of ships resumed in the direction from south to north after the dry cargo ship Cheng May was successfully towed," TASS quoted the ministry as saying.

Earlier it was reported that the movement of ships along the Bosphorus in both directions was temporarily stopped due to bad weather conditions.
