The Ministry of Education has set March 31, the last date for the registration of twelfth grade students for the current academic year to enroll in higher education institutions in the country or foreign missions.


The ministry stressed the commitment to three conditions for applying, which are the fulfillment of the academic requirements and the conditions required for joining educational institutions or foreign missions, “which include that the applicant be from the category of male students or children of female citizens and to be on study seats during the registration period, and also stipulated that the unified registration application form be filled out and all documents be submitted. The required academic certificates for “private school students only” during the specified period for each semester of the academic year.

The ministry clarified the conditions and steps for submission, which the applicant begins by filling in the registration application form with the required data and information and attaching a copy of the official documents.

The Ministry called on students studying in private schools that follow the American curriculum to include a copy of the tenth and eleventh grade certificates during the registration period, and at the end of the academic year a copy of the twelfth grade certificate certified by the educational authority, and the equivalency letter issued by the Ministry of Education, while students Those who study in schools that follow the British curriculum, they must submit an attested tenth grade certificate, the eleventh grade and provide the results of Arabic and Islamic studies at the end of the academic year, among other conditions.

She stressed the need for students wishing to study outside the country to hand over the certificate, sealed by the school, certified by the Ministry of Education and certified by the UAE embassy and the cultural attaché in the country of study. He is still on the study seat (the second grade stage of the academic year) during the registration period, and he must also fill out the unified registration application form and deliver all the required documents and academic certificates (only for private school students) during the specified period for each semester of the university year, while fulfilling the academic requirements and conditions required To join the educational institution (or foreign missions).


She stated that applications are received annually for students who are still on the study seat (twelfth grade) during the period from December to March. Applications are reviewed periodically and then responded to students according to the timetable for the stages of registration and acceptance. The registration and acceptance stage passes through three main stages: registration from December until the end of March, and to ensure the student’s choices for educational institutions according to priority, and to complete the required documents and data before the deadline for the registration service and registration in the Emirates Standardized Tests (Enjaz) for the twelfth grade within the specified dates

In the second stage (conditional early admission stage) from April to May, the student at this stage must confirm the offer of early admission within the specified period, based on which the student’s file will be transferred for final acceptance, and in the third stage of final acceptance, where all student files are evaluated and reviewed according to The student’s fulfillment of the requirements and criteria for admission to each institution, and the institution must give the final offer of admission or not.
