Volodin: On February 14, the State Duma Council will consider a draft appeal on the recognition of the DPR and LPR

“We plan to discuss this issue at a meeting of the Council of the Duma on Monday, February 14,” he said.

Earlier, the deputies of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation submitted a draft resolution to the State Duma, in which it is proposed to officially appeal to the President of Russia with a request to recognize the independence of the LPR and the DPR.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, speaking about the possibility of recognizing the self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics, said that Kiev must be forced to comply with the Minsk agreements, then everything will be in order.
