On February 9, three rough-toothed dolphins were found stranded in the Bali waters of New Taipei City, Taiwan. After inspection, they were all alive and in stable condition. Rescue work has been launched.

Recently, a number of dolphin strandings have occurred in Taiwan, including a white dolphin stranding and dying.

  In late January, a white dolphin was found stranded and dead at Anping Fishing Port in Tainan City.

The white dolphin had several scars entangled with foreign bodies and chronic microbial infection on the body surface. Experts comprehensively analyzed it as acute death.

White dolphins are very rare, and the death has attracted widespread attention.
