“Even if the discussions were long and difficult, they confirmed the common desire to implement the Minsk agreements,” RIA Novosti quoted the statement.

It is noted that the political advisers of the "Normandy format" continued to discuss the implementation of the Minsk agreements, in particular political, humanitarian and security aspects.

Earlier, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Russia Dmitry Kozak said that the negotiations of political advisers to the leaders of the Normandy Four countries in Berlin ended without significant results.

According to him, three out of four negotiators are not ready to implement the Minsk agreements.

German Foreign Minister Annalena Burbock said that the talks held the day before by advisers to the leaders of the Normandy Four were difficult.
