Marie resigned from the birth twice - ordered back

Marie Carlberg graduated as a midwife in 2018 and started giving birth in Östra immediately after.

Barely a year later, she resigned.  

- There were some changes in the organization where we who actually worked in the business were not involved at all.

There was little in protest actually.  

"Was about the work environment"

After a time in Stockholm, she returned to Östra in Gothenburg, but chose to resign again and since September she works at a youth clinic.

Marie has said no to being relocated to the delivery, but the region's employment agreement allows them to order staff to work throughout the region.

- The second time I resigned from Östra it was about the work environment, it affects life very much and then it is important that everything works well once you are at work.
