Yermak added that all parties to the talks are interested in holding a summit in the Normandy format at the level of heads of state.

Earlier, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Russia Dmitry Kozak said that the negotiations of political advisers to the leaders of the Normandy Four countries in Berlin ended without significant results.
