Over the past 24 hours, 18,541 cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Moscow.
Due to COVID-19, 81 patients died in the capital, and 21,615 people recovered as a result of treatment.
Earlier, the head of the Russian Ministry of Health, Mikhail Murashko, said that more than 93% of patients with coronavirus infection in Russia are treated on an outpatient basis.
On February 8, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced that the number of cases of infection with the omicron strain of coronavirus in the capital had decreased by 6% over the past week.
