The woman, who has now been fired, previously worked in the home care service in a Värmland municipality and received SEK 50,000 in compensation in the autumn after an employment dispute there.

- It is of course regrettable what happened, but at the same time good that it could be discovered early via other staff, says Katarina Eriksson, HR manager in Nora municipality, to the news agency Siren.

Did not pass test

It was a month into the employment that the woman was called in for a conversation with her boss after other co-workers testified about attitude problems towards both caregivers and co-workers.

In addition, she failed several times on a delegation test on how to administer various medications.

Submitted false certificate

At that meeting, the woman also stated that she could not work in the caregiver's home if there were dogs and cats there due to allergies.

When the employer requested a certificate of allergy, the woman submitted a document that was clearly forged.

The certificate was, among other things, signed by a doctor who does not exist according to IVO.

After that, the administration began to investigate other documents and came to the conclusion that the final grade and surname were also fictitious.
