The report says that Estonian citizens are advised not to visit Ukraine unless absolutely necessary due to the "increased threat of military action from Russia."

“Estonian citizens who are in Ukraine are asked to consider the need for their stay in the country and return to Estonia as soon as possible,” the Foreign Ministry said.

Earlier, the Latvian Foreign Ministry also recommended that citizens of the republic leave the territory of Ukraine due to the unsafe situation in the country.

Similar statements were made by the authorities of the United States, Great Britain, Australia, Japan and South Korea, as well as the governments of the Netherlands, Norway and Montenegro.

In December, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russian troops were deployed on the territory of the country and did not threaten anyone.

The Kremlin emphasized that Russia was not going to attack anyone.
